• ON SEASON: (May 20 - Sep 30) $130 per night, double occupancy. July and August, 2-night minimum - 3-night minimum 4th of July.

• OFF SEASON: (Oct 1 - May 19) $75 per night, double occupancy.

• A full breakfast is included from 8:00 am - 9:30 am daily.
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
• NO REFUNDS given two weeks prior to arrival, unless your room(s) is re-rented for reserved timeframe.

• Check-in time is 2-10 pm
• Check-out time is 11 am
• Quiet hours begin at 11 pm
